1. Scope of Service | ||
Each scheduled service visit (Total of 4 visits over 12 months) includes: | ||
*Cleaning: Front panel, cover, and air filters. | ||
*Vacuuming: Internal drainage tray and drainage piping to prevent leaks. | ||
*Inspection: Cooling coils, blower wheels, and electrical components. | ||
*Performance Check: Testing of the compressor and coolant levels. | ||
*Report: A digital service report provided via the whatsapp after each visit. | ||
2. Contract Period & Schedule | ||
*Duration: This contract is valid for 12 months from the date of the first service. | ||
*Frequency: Service will be conducted once every three (3) months | ||
*Booking: Clients must book their preferred slot via the app at least 7 days in advance. | ||
3. Pricing & Payment | ||

4. Exclusions (Important!) | ||
To avoid disputes, clearly state what is not included: | ||
*Gas Top-up: Refrigerant (R32/R410A) top-ups are charged separately based on current market rates. | ||
*Spare Parts: Replacement of fan motors, PCB boards, or capacitors. | ||
*Chemical Overhaul: This contract covers general cleaning; chemical overhauls are billed separately if required. | ||
*Scaffolding: If the outdoor unit requires scaffolding or high-climbing equipment, additional charges apply. | ||
5. Termination & Moving House | ||
*Moving House: If the client moves within Singapore, the remaining balance of the contract may be transferred to the new address (subject to a S$30 administrative fee). | ||
*Cancellation: If the client cancels the contract before the 1-year mark, a cancellation fee of 20% of the remaining contract value will apply. | ||
6. Warranty & Liability | ||
*Workmanship: A 30-day warranty is provided for drainage leaks and general workmanship from the date of each service. | ||
*Limitation of Liability: The Service Provider is not liable for pre-existing wear and tear or internal mechanical failures of the aircon unit. | ||
